We ship Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a signature may be required upon delivery. Please keep in mind some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we can not control.

Please understand that if your package goes missing after being delivered, Plantmilk'r will be not be able to process a claim on your behalf. You can manage your order through the tracking link sent to you in your tracking email. Plantmilk'r is unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery, lost parcels or stolen parcels.
